Mr. Tapan Chowdhury Chairman	Mr. Tapan Chowdhury as Managing Director of the Company since 1995, second son of late Samson H Chowdhury, founder Chairman of the Company. Science graduate from the University of Dhaka and has completed different advanced courses on Business Management in Europe. Having a prosperous knowledge and experience of more than 35 years in Textiles, Pharmaceuticals, Hospitals, RMG, IT, Healthcare, Toiletries, Food & Consumer Products, Organic Tea Plantation, Capital Market Operation & Satellite TV Broadcasting. He also Sponsor Director in 30 other private limited company namely Square Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Square Hospitals Ltd., Square Formulations Ltd., Square Toiletries Ltd., Square Informatics Ltd., Square Yarns Ltd., Square Food & Beverages Ltd., Square Securities Management Ltd., Square Agro Development and Processing Ltd., Square Herbal and Nutraceuticals Ltd., Square Air Ltd., Astras Ltd., Sabazpur Tea Company Ltd. and Maasranga Television under the Square Group. He was an Adviser (Minister) to the Caretaker Government of Bangladesh in 2007. Mr. Chowdhury was also a Former President of The Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI), Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA) and Bangladesh Baptist Church Fellowship (BBCF). At present he is the Chairman of Bangladesh Fellowship Foundation and Bangladesh Herbal Products & Manufacturers Association, President of Bangladesh Textile Mills Association and The United Baptist Church Trust Association of the Bangladesh, Vice President of Asia Pacific Baptist Federation and Baptist World Alliance (BWA), Member, Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Commerce, Bangladesh Foreign Trade Institute and Board of Directors of Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB), Governing Body Member of Bangladesh Enterprise Institute, Executive Committee Member of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

Mrs. Ratna Patra Vice Chairman	Mrs. Ratna Patra only daughter of late Samson H Chowdhury, Founder Chairman of Square Textiles Limited. She graduated from Dhaka University and has an enormous knowledge in the Textiles, pharmaceuticals and hospitals business. Ratna Patra is a sponsor director of Square Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (listed company) designated as Vice Chairman. She is also Director of 19 other private limited companies namely Square Hospitals Limited, Square Toiletries Limited, Square Formulations Ltd., Square Food & Beverages Ltd., Square Securities Management Ltd. and Maasranga Television under the Square Group.

Mr. Samuel S Chowdhury Managing Director	Mr. Samuel S Chowdhury eldest son of late Samson H Chowdhury, Founder Chairman of Square Textiles Limited. He obtained Bachelor’s degree from the University of Rajshahi and Masters in Business Administration from the Trinity University, USA and has a rich experience of 35 years in the Textiles, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, toiletries, media & communication sector. He is also a Sponsor Director and Chairman of Square Pharmaceuticals Limited (Listed Company) and 29 other private limited companies namely Square Hospitals Ltd., Square Toiletries Ltd., Square Formulations Ltd., Square Fashions Ltd., Square Food & Beverages Ltd., Square Securities Management Ltd. Sabazpur Tea Company Ltd. and Maasranga Television under the Square Group.

Mr. Anjan Chowdhury Director	Mr. Anjan Chowdhury is a Director of the Company since 1991, youngest son of late Samson H Chowdhury, Founder Chairman of the Company. Graduated in Business Administration from the University of South Florida, USA and having an extensive knowledge and 25 year business experience in the Textiles, pharmaceuticals, toiletries, media & communication sector including capital market operations. He has been instrumental in the execution of several projects of the Square Group namely Square Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Square Toiletries Ltd., Square Food & Beverages Ltd. including the Maasranga Television. Beside holding directorship in Square Group, Mr. Anjan Chowdhury is the Chairman of Industry skill Council (ISC) a US Aid Funded Project, President of Bangladesh Agro Processors Association, Vice-President of Bangladesh Cosmetics & Toiletries Manufacturers Association, EC Member of Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Director of Mutual Trust Bank Limited. He is also a member of the Audit Committee of the Company and Square Textiles Limited.

Mr. Abul Kalam Azad Independent Director	Mr. Abul Kalam Azad, a Commerce Graduate from the University of Chittagong, and a Fellow Member (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh. Mr. Azad has been the Founding Principal and Sole Practitioner of Azad Abul Kalam & Co., Chartered Accountants, since 2008 and also the Founding Partner and Sole Practitioner of Azad Zamir & Co., Chartered Accountants, since 1984. Mr. Azad was the Independent Director as well as the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Envoy Textiles Ltd.
